Graduate Division is moving to online forms for selected procedures starting fall 2020. Learn how to complete and submit a form using Kuali Build Documentation below.

How do I submit a form?
- Open the form for your selected procedure.
- Complete all required fields on the form.
- Review the form for completeness and correct any error found.
- Locate the Form Actions section (right of every form). Click/tap the Submit button to submit your form.
What happens after I submit a form?
- After your form submission, Graduate Division will review and validate the form. A submission notification email will NOT be sent immediately after a form submission.
- After we validate the data on the form, you will receive an email notification informing you that Graduate Division has received your form.
- A request for approval will be sent to your Graduate Chair if needed.
- Requests for approval will be sent to committee members if needed.
- After all necessary approvals, Graduate Division will perform a final review on the form.
- After Graduate Division’s final review, you will receive an email on the status of your form.
NOTE: Form submission cannot be saved. If you noticed an error on the form that you submitted, please notify Graduate Student Services at: gdforms@hawaii.edu
