You must submit an application fee when you apply. The application fee is not refundable.
Prospective students are encouraged to submit an online application. Applicants applying for readmission or as visiting students must submit paper applications.
Starting June 1, 2017, for Spring 2018 applications, students who submit applications online may use the Graduate Application Supplemental Documents Upload Website https://documentupload.manoa.hawaii.edu/upload/#/login to submit supporting application materials (e.g. statement of objective, unofficial test scores, unofficial transcripts, writing samples) and requests for letters of recommendation or support documents from a third-party.

Prospective students who prefer to submit paper applications need to download the appropriate application forms and instructions. Complete and submit the appropriate forms to Office of Graduate Education Student Services and to the intended graduate program.
An applicant may apply to more than one graduate program at a time but may enroll in only one program initially, except in the case of official dual degrees, or in the case of a graduate degree program and a graduate certificate program.
