The University of Hawaiʻi at Mānoa Graduate Division (GD) is a central, comprehensive unit that provides integral leadership, vision, and administrative and academic support services to promote excellence in graduate education.

Graduate Division provides opportunities for further study, research and professional training to students who have earned a bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution of higher learning. All of the graduate programs at UH Mānoa apply rigorous academic standards. Special emphasis is placed on the cultivation of scholarly attitudes and methods of research and creative activity.

Various forms of financial support are available to graduate students at UH Mānoa, including Graduate Division Achievement Scholarships, intramural graduate fellowships, extramural funding, and graduate assistantships.
