In our final symposium session, we will wrap up the series by looking back on the past 10 years of how we built a comprehensive and efficient IR office with limited resources and a small team. We will talk about bottleneck issues we faced and how we overcame them by taking creative and proactive approaches. We will also discuss some key decisions we made such as why we did not use Tableau and chose to create our own data visualization tools. We will share the skills and tools we found helpful to improve efficiency and how our staff members–each with their own unique skill sets–work seamlessly together.
