The Mānoa Institutional Research Office (MIRO) is responsible for compiling and disseminating data which is required by accrediting institutions.
WASC Senior College and University Commission Accreditation
The University of Hawaiʻi was first accredited by the Western College Association in 1952. The Mānoa campus is currently accredited by the WASC Senior College and University Commission and received a full 10-year reaffirmation of accreditation in 2022. Professional Program Accreditation
As of 2025, 56 professional programs are also accredited by various accrediting agencies. Details of these accreditations are provided by the Office of the Vice Provost for Academic Excellence.
