Active Shooter Awareness & Response Training is open to any student or employee in the UH System. During this important training, participants will:
- Learn about various active shooter situations
- Discuss measures and options that can be taken to reduce the likelihood of victimization
- Learn what to expect when DPS and law enforcement arrive on scene
- Engage with DPS staff to learn about campus safety
While some information given in the training pertains directly to the UH Mānoa campus, the skills you learn can be used in any situation — whether you are on campus, at the mall, or in any other public place.
This meeting will be conducted virtually via Zoom.
