Graduation Information
Congratulations, you are almost done! We want to ensure filing for graduation is quick and simple. After confirming in STAR that you are enrolled in all remaining requirements for your degree program, please complete both of the forms below. Per the Office of the Registrar, graduation filing periods are as follows:

Note: If you are not enrolled in any courses at UH Mānoa for your graduating semester, please email the CNS SASC front desk at cnsadvis@hawaii.edu for an Absentia Graduation Application.
Required Forms
Ensure that you login using your UH email address (@hawaii.edu) when filling out the form.
Once you complete registering for your final courses in STAR GPS, a link to the Application for Degree will appear.
Upon completion of the application, you should receive a confirmation email. Your graduate status should update to "pending" within a couple weeks. Please only complete one submission to prevent further delays.
If the link does not appear because you are a late applicant, please contact the CNS SASC front desk at cnsadvis@hawaii.edu for the Application for Degree.
Graduation Candidate Verification Letter
Do you need a letter confirming that you've applied to graduate or to confirm your candidacy?
Fill out the Graduation Candidate Verification Letter Form on the Office of the Registrar's website.
