The Office of the Registrar can verify your enrollment status for current and future semesters for which you are officially registered at UH Mānoa including: anticipated graduation date, semester(s) of attendance, start and end dates for each semester, number of credits carried, grade point average (GPA), awarded UH Mānoa degree/certificate or other pertinent information regarding your academic record. For your privacy, the verification letter does not include your Social Security Number or date of birth unless you have specifically requested they be included in your request.

If you no longer have access to your MyUH Services or do not have UH login, submit the Non-UH credential Verification of Enrollment/Degree request form.
Additional information:
- There is no fee for enrollment verifications.
- If you are a currently enrolled student who has applied to graduate for an eligible semester, you may also request a letter verifying your graduation candidacy status. This candidacy letter will only confirm your intention to graduate at the end of the eligible semester with your declared current majors, minors and/or certificates. To request this document, submit the: Graduation Candidacy Letter Request form.
- Degree verifications are only available after your UH Mānoa Degree/Certificate has been officially awarded (approximately 6- 8 weeks after the end of the semester). Check the Diplomas webpage for your expected degree award date and the Academic Calendar for semester dates.
Third-Party Requests
UH Mānoa has authorized the National Student Clearinghouse to provide verification of enrollment and degree(s) earned from the University. Third parties (e.g., employers, background screening firms, etc.) can request a verification of enrollment and degree(s) earned by contacting the National Student Clearinghouse or calling (703) 742-4200. The University of Hawaii at Mānoa school code is: 001610-00.
The National Student Clearinghouse complies with the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA).
