What are Student Ambassadors?
Natural Sciences Student Ambassador is a Registered Independent Organization that strives to promote a welcoming and inclusive community for all students pursuing an undergraduate degree in the Natural Sciences. Members of our organization will act as mentors and leaders, aiding incoming students in their transition to our University and building camaraderie amongst continuing students.
Becoming a Student Ambassador:
Student Ambassadors must be in good academic standing, motivated, and demonstrate excellent communication and leadership skills. Natural Sciences Student Ambassadors are enthusiastic student leaders who:
- Assist incoming Natural Sciences students
- Give college tours to prospective students and their family members
- Participate in workshops and events
- Commit to a minimum 1-year service term
Timeline
- February: Application Period
- March: Interview Process
- April: Students will be notified of decision.
The 2026-2027 Natural Sciences Ambassador Application is now closed. Applications open yearly during early Spring, so check back again then!
