How to change or declare the Major
Fill out the Student Section of the CNS Major Declaration Form and submit the form on the CNS Forms Page.

Fill out the Student Section of the CNS Minor Verification Form and submit the form on the CNS Forms Page.
BA Biology students may apply for the Post Baccalaureate Certificate in Teacher Education in the Fall semester of their fourth year.
