


Whether you’re looking for a handmade gift, or some unique flowering plants for the holidays, we’ve got you covered! Vendors will have orchids, house plants, tropical ornamentals, ti, Hoya, natives, ferns, succulents, carnivorous plants, and a variety of other handmade crafts and art available at the sale, and right in time before Mother’s Day! Come support local nurseries and artists by doing your shopping with us this year. Proceeds from the sale help to support U.H. Lyon Arboretum.



When & Where:
Friday, May 9th – Saturday, May 10th 9 AM to 3:00 PM at Lyon Arboretum
Vendors will be located in the area surrounding the Visitor Center and greenhouse.
Registered customers will be allowed to park in the main parking lot.
Walk-up customers will be allowed from 10:30 -2:30 PM each day.
Please bring your own box, cart, or bag if you can.
Participating Vendors:
Participating vendors will include Lyon’s own Horticulture Dept., Nuʻuanu Orchids, Hawaii Bromeliad Society, Olomana Tropicals, La’au Hawaii, Mauna Understory, Bitter Root Brewery, David Shepard Hawaii, Meli Hawaii, Nicole Nakata Art, & others!
Conservation organizations will also have educational booths for customers to learn about native and invasive species in Hawaiʻi. Proceeds from the sale help to support our mission of conservation, education, and research at Lyon Arboretum.
Admission:
- Attendance for the sale will primarily be managed by reservations through Eventbrite This format allows us to stagger visitation in 1-hour timeslots and control the flow of traffic to and from the sale.
- Each reservation will be good for one vehicle and its passengers. Registered customers who attend during their designated timeslot will be able to park in the main lot adjacent to the sale area.
- Reservations for the sale open on Eventbrite on MONDAY APRIL 14th. Please only book a reservation for the sale if you are certain that you are able to attend
- Walk-up customers are allowed to attend the sale from 10:30 – 3:30 PM each day.
- Walk up customers must get dropped off at our entrance gate or find alternative parking in upper Mānoa neighborhood then walk up.
