Spring Plant Sale

The Spring Plant Sale will be held on Friday, May 9th, and Saturday, May 10th from 9:00 am to 3:00 pm.

You can reserve a spot for a time slot on April 14th at 10:00 am on Eventbrite. Having a reservation will allow you one vehicle and passengers to park in our Visitor parking lot. Walk-ups (no reservations) will be allowed in again from 10:30 am to 2:30 pm. Walk-ups are not allowed to park at the Arboretum, but can be dropped off at the gate or pay for parking at Paradise Park, or walk in from the neighborhood.

Orchids, tropical ornamentals, Hoya, natives, ferns, succulents, bromeliads, and carnivorous plants will
be available at the sale, as well as a variety of other botanical art and crafts.

Vendors include Lyon’s own Horticulture Dept., Nuʻuanu Orchids, Hawaii Bromeliad Society, Olomana Tropicals, La’au Hawaii, Mauna Understory, Bitter Root Brewery, David Shepard Hawaii, Meli Hawaii, Nicole Nakata Art, & others! Conservation organizations will also have educational booths for customers to learn about native and invasive species in Hawaiʻi.

Come support local vendors and do your Mother’s Day shopping with us this year! Proceeds from the sale help to support our mission of conservation, education, and research at Lyon Arboretum.
