The Financial Aid Services office administers several scholarships that you must complete the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) in order to be considered. A separate application is required for some scholarships which a UH Username is needed to login. Don’t have a UH username yet?
State of Hawai’i B Plus Scholarship
Award amount: Up to $2,000
- Funding is limited, depending upon available funding, scholarship may be renewed annually for students who maintain satisfactory academic progress up to four years.
Requirements:
- Enroll in at least 12 credits applicable toward your degree.
- Undergraduate students who graduated from a State of Hawai’i public high school after 2005.
- Earned a cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher based on high school transcripts.
- Completed a rigorous high school curriculum.
- Demonstrate financial need.
- Complete necessary requirements (if any). Check your status for any requirements (if any).
Second Century Scholarship
Award amount: Up to $2,000 based on your enrollment status
- Funding is limited.
Requirements:
- Native Hawaiian Ancestry.
- Priority to residents of Hawai’i.
- Demonstrate financial need.
- Undergraduate student – must be a first time Bachelor’s degree seeker.
- Enroll in at least 6 UH Mānoa credits applicable toward your degree.
- This scholarship may be prorated or revised if you do not have 12 or more applicable credits toward your degree.
- Complete necessary requirements (if any). Check your status for any requirements (if any).
Other Financial Aid Services Scholarships
Award amount: Varies based on scholarship
- Funding is limited.
Requirements:
- Complete application.
- Be a resident of Hawai’i.
- Demonstrate financial need.
- Enroll in at least 12 credits at UH Mānoa applicable toward your degree.
- Maintain Satisfactory Academic Progress.
