Some students may be selected for a process called “verification,” which requires students to submit additional documents to confirm the financial aid information. The University of Hawaiʻi at Mānoa uses a software solution called ProVerifier+, powered by ProEd, to assist families in the online completion of the verification process. If you are selected for verification, you will receive an email from ProVerifier+ (email@example.com). You will need to do the following:
- Confirm your identity (authentication)
- Access your documents and begin the verification process (this includes the completion of online forms)
Upon receipt of all required documents, ProVerifier+ will begin the verification process. You will be notified if there are any questions or if any additional documentation is required via email. Once verification has been completed, you and our school will be notified.
