The purpose of this survey is to evaluate your experience mentoring undergraduate students conducting a project with UROP funding. Please complete one survey per project (if you are mentoring a group project, please complete one survey).

The survey is confidential but not anonymous. Your responses will be linked to students’ responses. However, we will only report aggregated results. Additionally, your response will have no impact on your or any student's status with the UROP office, but help our office serve faculty mentors and undergraduate students better.
