Aloha! Effective June 1, 2021, the University of Hawaiʻi at Mānoa campus is open to the public.

Can I still go for a walk on campus for exercise?

Yes, but all visitors to campus are required to use the LumiSight UH daily health check app when coming onto campus.

Can I work out at the athletic fields or courts?

Yes, unless the field or courts are being used by student athletes or are scheduled to be used by student athletes.

Can I visit the bookstore to buy merchandise or general shopping?

Yes, but you will be required to show that you are cleared by the LumiSight UH daily health check app before being allowed into the store. You can make purchases online. Current indoor restrictions for the state and Honolulu County still apply.

I am interested in visiting the campus to determine if I want to attend the university. Can I take a tour?

Hamilton Library is a public library. Can I go and use the services?

Currently the library is open for students and faculty only, but this may change soon. Please check back for updates.

Are passport services still available at the Campus Center Ticket, Information and ID Office?

Not at this time, but it is subject to change. Please check back for updates and/or contact the Department of State website for information on available passport acceptance agencies.
