Russian Collections

The Russian Collections are housed in Hamilton Library. Reflecting the university’s curricular and research priorities, Asia and the Pacific regions figure prominently. We have special collections of Russian imprints from China and other Asian countries, as well as, Russians who worked on sugar plantations.

#ThrowbackThursday congrats to this term's graduates, part of a long tradition going back the College of Hawaiʻi's first graduating class in 1912! That 1st class consisted of (left-to-right) Leslie Clark, Young Fook Tong, Louise Gullick, and William John Hartung (not pictured).

It's the National Film Registry's 30th anniversary, and the Library of Congress has announced the 2018 inductees, including My Fair Lady, The Shining, and Jurassic Park. See the whole list at and note the online videos at Sinclair:
