A new scholarship has been established through the Hawaii Community Foundation to honor the memory of Caron Ikeda, a long-time 4-H member and Teen 4-H Leader.
The $1500 scholarship is available to a graduating senior who was active in the 4-H youth development program in Hawaii. The scholarship will be presented through the State 4-H Alumni Association.
