State 4-H Horse Council

The purpose of the Council shall be to stimulate member’s personal growth and development, to learn practical life skills, and to develop effective leadership and responsible citizenship.

Any Senior 4-H member, 14-19 years of age, during the calendar year, or 4-H volunteer leader, in good standing may become a member of this Council regardless of race, color, religion, gender, national origin, ancestry, marital status, familial status, sexual orientation or disability.
