To assess the impact this program has over the course of the next three to five years, we ask various advocates and committee members to participate in completing some of the evaluation forms below. The evaluation forms will provide us with informed data on whether the Search Advocate program 1) is providing effective training 2) is in need of improving the training platform and/or materials 3) has potential pitfalls and concerns that need to be improved and 4) has impacted recruitment processes. It is with the data collected that we can determine over time, whether this program will be effective in making progress in the institution’s long-term goal of achieving a diverse campus
