Across campus our office is often asked what is the meaning for the Institution to claim that Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion is important. How can we integrate these priorities in our current practices and make them into tangible goals without impacting protected classes under EEO/AA?

With these in mind, the Office of Vice Provost of Academic Excellence created an infographic outlining the recruitment process and how Schools/Colleges, and Departments can integrate Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion into their practices at every step.
