Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR)

Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR)

Conflicts arise in a multitude of scenarios and can be resolved in a multitude of ways. Along with formal complaint processes, which involve an investigation conducted by neutral fact-finders and resulting in a determination issued by a decision-maker, we also invite you to consider alternative forms of dispute resolution. These options, such as mediation or facilitation, are confidential and voluntary processes that provide parties in conflict with an informal opportunity to resolve their concerns and/or learn how to effectively manage disputes. Mediation and facilitation are especially effective when it comes to restoring relationships and empowering individuals to develop solutions that work for them.
