Starting Tuesday, March 24, 2020 at 5pm, the Rainbow Shuttle service will be suspended until further notice.
The popular Rainbow Shuttle is a free service funded solely by UH Mānoa Commuter Services, which is a self-sustaining department. The purpose of the Rainbow Shuttle is to provide frequent access to the UH Mānoa campus for UHM students, faculty, staff, and affiliates through routes that are not serviced through similar public means of transportation. Shuttles are air-conditioned and seat 28 passengers. Multiple routes travel throughout the campus and also connect the neighboring vicinity, including off-campus parking locations. The Rainbow Shuttle operates during the Fall and Spring semesters, Monday through Friday during the day and some evening hours. (Modified routes and hours apply on holidays and during semester breaks.)
