Student Fall 2021 Permit Reservations & Important Dates

Fall 2021 class registrations began Monday, April 12. Permit reservation period began that day and was contingent upon successful completion of your registration and based on class standing. NOW CLOSED

July 16 – August 2, 2021

Students purchase reserved permits online.

Beginning Monday August 16, 2021 at Noon

Additional Zone 20 permits will be available for students who did not reserve a permit. All sales will be online on a first-come, first-served basis while supplies last.

Permit Distribution

Due to COVID-19, there will be no in-person permit distribution. All permits will be mailed out at no charge via USPS certified mail. The highest priority address on your parking account must be an Oʻahu address. We recommend students update their address on their parking account as needed.

Purchased permits will be mailed starting Monday, August 9. You must be available in person to receive your Certified mail envelope.

Until your permit is received in the mail, please display a printed temporary permit.

After permit purchase, scroll to the lower section of the Purchased Items screen. Within the Description, there is a Print Permit link which when clicked, will open a PDF copy of your temporary permit.

If you need to print the permit after purchase you can go back to your account to view and print. Instructions are here.

This temporary permit option will be valid until the day after we show delivery based on tracking information. Moped/Motorcycle permits will be exempt from the display of temporary permit.

Limited number of Zone 17, Zone 18, and Zone 25 Astronomy Lot permits available for purchase at our website under your student account.
