Parking Structures on the Mānoa campus often reach full capacity by 10-11am each day and may temporarily close until spaces become available. If you’d like to receive notifications on structure closures and other parking related communications, please opt-in here.
No charge for parking in all zones on Saturdays, Sundays, and State Holidays (except special events). Permit requirements are enforced 24/7 in Zones 08, 21, and 22.

ZONE 20 (LOWER CAMPUS PARKING STRUCTURE)
$5 KIOSK FLAT RATE when purchased at kiosk (cash not accepted).

Your daily parking permit is tied to your license plate / VIN. You will get a ticket if your LP/VIN is not in our system for the time that you are parked. Park in assigned zone, pay daily fee, and adhere to UHM Parking rules.
