Lucky Clovers Youngers Project Report Our project for this upcoming year is learning about foods from different cultures. Today at our meeting (9/9/18), Aunty Kathy and Kaitlin Kitagawa taught us how to make Crispy Gau Gee and Almond Cookies. Another name for Crispy Gau Gee is Won Ton. First we made the mix and the seasoning to put in the “Gau Gee Pi,” which is also known as the wrapper.
