**Youth ages 9-19 will learn the safe, appropriate and responsible use of archery equipment while gaining marksmanship skills. The archery shooting sports program also helps young people learn life skills and builds self-worth.

All instructors should instruct at least six sessions each year, every three (3) years and report teaching efforts to the State 4-H Shooting Sports Coordinator in order to remain certified.
