NHH 297 E Mālama i Ke Ola Loko: The Practice of Self-Care and Wellness from a Kānaka Maoli Perspective

An examination of self-care and wellness models from a Native Hawaiian perspective, exploration of self-care as lāhui care, and practical application of wellness through ‘āina-based education.

By the end of the course, students will also develop a self-care plan for life, and will begin practicing self-care as a radical demonstration of self-love and psychological self-determination/‘ea.
