Scheduling an Appointment

Use the information below to understand appointment availability, who can schedule online, and important policies to keep in mind.

Availability: Weekdays, 9 a.m.–3 p.m. HST (in-person & Zoom), excluding holidays. Book up to 7 days ahead in Navigate 360 — new slots open daily at midnight HST.

Urgent matters: email macadv@hawaii.edu from your hawaii.edu email address.

Who can book online: Declared Exploratory Pathway students (EX, EXAH, EXB, EXHS, EXSS, EXST) via Navigate 360.

All other students: email macadv@hawaii.edu or call (808) 956-7273, weekdays 9 a.m.–3 p.m.

Cancellations & no shows: Cancel in Navigate 360 up to 1 hour before your appointment. Less than 1 hour away? Call (808) 956-7273 (weekdays 9 a.m.–3 p.m.).

Missing an appointment or arriving 10+ minutes late counts as a No Show. 2 no shows in one semester = loss of scheduling privileges for 2 weeks; each additional no show adds another 2 weeks.
