Scheduling an Appointment

Use the information below to understand appointment availability, who can schedule online, and important policies to keep in mind.

Appointment availability: In-person and Zoom appointments are available weekdays, 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. HST, excluding holidays. Students may book up to 7 days in advance through Navigate 360. New appointment slots open daily at midnight HST. For urgent matters, please email macadv@hawaii.edu.

Who can book online? Declared Exploratory Pathway students in EX, EXAH, EXB, EXHS, EXSS, and EXST may schedule online through Navigate 360.

All other students should contact EPA at macadv@hawaii.edu or call (808) 956-7273 between 9:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m., Monday through Friday.

Cancellations and no show policy: Appointments may be canceled through Navigate 360 up to 1 hour before the scheduled start time.

If your appointment is less than 1 hour away, please call (808) 956-7273 between 9:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m., Monday through Friday.

Missing an appointment or arriving 10 or more minutes late will count as a No Show. Students who receive 2 no shows in one semester will lose scheduling privileges for 2 weeks. Each additional no show will result in another 2-week suspension.
