MAC APPOINTMENT SCHEDULING
ADVISING APPOINTMENTS
MAC will be conducting Peak Season Advising on a first-come-first-served basis during the dates/times listed below:
- Monday, August 19, 2024 – Friday, August 23, 2024: 09:00 AM HST – 03:00 PM HST
- Monday, August 26, 2024 – Friday, August 30, 2024: 09:00 AM HST – 03:00 PM HST
- Tuesday, September 3, 2024: 09:00 AM HST – 03:00 PM HST
MAC is closed on weekends and holidays (Monday, September 2, 2024).
MAC is not offering scheduled appointments during the Peak Season Advising period. Scheduled appointments will resume on Wednesday, September 4, 2024.
Exploratory students may join the Peak Season Advising queue by logging into STAR Balance and clicking the link in the pop-up message.
Students who are in a major can locate their academic advising office using the Advising Guide.
Non-Exploratory students requesting to meet with MAC can email macadv@hawaii.edu for more information on how to meet with us.
PAPERWORK AND FORMS
Exploratory students may submit paperwork requiring an advisor’s signature to macadv@hawaii.edu.

The Front Desk is available to answer the phone and answer quick drop-in questions. To schedule an appointment, please follow the steps above.
Temporary Summer Hours: Monday through Friday from 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM HST, except on observed holidays
