Brown Bag Biography, a weekly series of public talks on issues and activities in life writing, is CBR’s longest running outreach program. Currently numbering over 800 talks, since 1988 the Brown Bags have been held on Thursdays at noon during the fall and spring academic semesters, and have featured presentations by UH faculty, students, and staff, visiting scholars, and community members.
