VI. REPORTS OF THE ACADEMIC GRIEVANCE COMMITTEE
The chairperson of the AGC shall submit a report of the decisions of the AGC, in summary form, by May 1 each year to the Office of Student Conduct who shall provide copies to the Vice Provost for Student Success, the chairperson of the Faculty Senate, and the presidents of ASUH and GSO. The report shall not include any personally identifiable information which must be kept confidential under the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (20 U.S.C. §1232g) and the Uniform Information Practices Act (Modified) (Hawaiʻi Revised Statutes, Chapter 92F).
