Student Academic Success is one (1) of three (3) units in the Division of Student Success. Provided below is a list of all the departments/offices/programs and a short description of the work that they do.
Mānoa Academic Advising
Mānoa Advising Center (MAC)
Mānoa Advising Center (MAC) assists students in selecting a major that best fits their interests, abilities, and goals. The Mānoa Advising Center also provides advising support for students until they can declare or enter their major. They also provide academic advising for students who are exploratory or a select pre-major.

Mānoa Transfer Coordination Center (MTCC)
Mānoa Transfer Coordination Center (MTCC) supports transfer student success through collaboration with faculty and staff at UH partner campuses, coordination of the Kaʻieʻie program, and provides advising support throughout the transfer process.

Pre-Health / Pre-Law Advising Center
Pre-Health / Pre-Law Advising is a walk-in resource center for students interested in law, medicine, or health sciences. Resources include academic advising; lending and reference library; workshops/orientations and more.

Student Athlete Academic Services (SAAS)
Student Athlete Academic Services (SAAS) provides academic support services, including academic and athletic advising, registration assistance, tutoring, and career and personal counseling to all student-athletes at UH. Academic advising, peer-mentoring, tutors, resource lounge and more are also provided by SAAS.

First Year Programs
First Year Programs strives to support freshmen students' in their transition to the University of Hawaiʻi at Mānoa. Shares academic success strategies, foster social interactions, and form campus communities. Programs include, Access to College Excellence (ACE), UNIV 110, Peer Mentorship, & the FYP Common Read.

Peace Corps at UH Mānoa
Peace Corps Volunteers live and work alongside the people they serve. They collaborate with local governments, schools, communities, small businesses, and entrepreneurs to create sustainable, community based projects that address changing and complex needs across six sectors and Peace Corps Response.
