Housing Details:

Sophia Antipolis is a technopole, or an area with high-tech industrial research and development facilities. This technopole is spread out across five towns and is close to big cities: 22 km from Nice, 15 km from Cannes and Grasse, 8 km from Antibes and Juan les Pins. The bus stop is only 100 meters away from the school and several bus lines are connected to SKEMA.

SKEMA Business School accompanies its future and current students in their accommodation search via its Housing Service website (listed as Accommodation under Useful Links for Exchange Students below). Another benefit is that the Sophia-Antipolis campus has its own residence, which comprises 185 apartments, most of which are for students. This residence offers various services, furniture and equipment, and structural costs such as electricity and water. The Accommodation link also provides a list of residences near the Sophia Antipolis campus, and a guide to find places to live in the Alpes Maritimes. The guide includes information about any available assistance, financial or other, and provides useful contacts to which to reach out.

Lastly, the Accommodation link features a guide, created by Campus France, that lists accommodation in and around the Nice and Sophia Antipolis area. The guide features lots of handy information on living in the area, including details about banks, travel, student organizations, social life, and much more. (Source: SKEMA Business School website)
