Research interests

My work focuses on intracellular pathways that influence prostate and ovarian cancer susceptibility and progression. Through computational modeling I am mapping androgen receptor protein structure to identify peptide targets and novel ligands as the basis for drug development. I am annotating epigenetic marks in normal and cancer cells in combination with clinical data to identify genomic loci associated with cancer etiology, progression, and chemoresistance.
