Request a Library Essentials Workshop
Library Essentials workshops introduces basic library services and resources to students in courses such as English 100, 100A, 190, and ESL 100.
There are three workshops:
- Library Basics
- Evaluating Sources
- Hawaiʻi (Local) Research – the Library Basics workshop is a prerequisite
The workshops are scheduled during regular class time and typically meet in Hamilton Library or in the instructorʻs Zoom room.
Please fill out a library instruction request form.
We will contact you to confirm your request or suggest alternate days.
The workshops help English instructors address the Written Communication (FW) “information literacy” requirement of their courses.
