Ka Huli Ao Welcome Terina Faʻagau as Post-J.D. Legal Fellow

Ka Huli Ao is excited to welcome Terina K. Faʻagau ’21 as a Post-J.D. Fellow.

Raised in Waiʻanae, Terina graduated from William S. Richardson School of Law with a Native Hawaiian Law Certificate. Before that, she received a bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences from UH West Oʻahu. During law school, Terina was a Staff Editor on the Asian-Pacific Law & Policy Journal and served as a Research Assistant to Professors Eric K. Yamamoto and Charles R. Lawrence, III. She also participated in the Native American Political Leadership Program Scholar at the George Washington University and served as a summer law clerk at the Native Hawaiian Legal Corporation.

As a Post-Juris Doctor Legal Fellow, Terina assists with scholarship projects such as the second revised edition of Native Hawaiian Law: A Treatise, facilitates community outreach events and workshops, and provides support for Ka Huli Ao’s classes and students.

Terina enjoys spending weekends at the beach (and eating spam musubis and shave ice) with ‘ohana.
