For new first-year (freshmen) students enrolling at UH Mānoa in the fall.

Academic Year - First Year UHM Students (non-freshmen)

August 2025 – May 2026
For new transfer, exchange (MIX & NSE), graduate, and other non-freshmen students enrolling at UH Mānoa in the fall.

Academic Year - Current & Returning UHM Students

August 2025 – May 2026
For current and returning UH Mānoa students (second year and above), including current housing residents.

Summer Application

May 2025 – August 2025
For UH Mānoa students enrolled in summer courses

Spring Application

January 2025 – May 2025
For full-time UH Mānoa spring-only students
