Important Dates for Academic Year '25-'26 Contract
August 19-22, 2025
Move-In 2025 – please view your check-in information email for your hall’s assigned move-in day and detailed check-in instructions.

Fall meal plan begins with lunch.
August 26, 2025, by 9:00pm, Tuesday
December 20, 2025, Saturday
Fall meal program ends with dinner.
January 9, 2026 , Friday
May 16, 2026, Saturday
Spring meal program ends with lunch.
May 16, 2026, by noon, Saturday
Residence halls and apartment complexes close for the academic year. Residents who complete their final exams prior to this date are expected to move out by noon of the day following their last exam.

Hall check-in deadline. Unless the Student Housing office is notified of late arrival, housing contracts of those who fail to meet this deadline will be canceled with penalty.

Spring meal program ends with dinner.
May 16, 2026, Saturday

* Varied Terms are for students who are in accelerated classes
