Oahu Co. 4-H Photography Contest 2021 Theme: Tropical Nature The Military 4-H Virtual Photography Club, which formed last year, was asked if they would share their skills and host a county wide photography contest. The club jumped on the opportunity to evaluate their fellow 4-H peers on the island. The group quickly decided on a tropical nature theme and followed simple 4-H guidelines to run a contest.
