Take a look at the transfer options below. If you are a UH Community College student, you can choose from 3 options, if you are a non-UH student transferring into the UH system, you must choose Option 2.

  • 24 transferable credits OR 12 transferable done and 12 in-progress
  • At least 1 semester remaining at UH CC after application semester
  • 2.0 GPA (residents), 2.5 GPA (non-residents)**
  • No previously earned Bachelor degree
  • Not on probation, suspension, dismissal at UH Mānoa
  • International Students: have passing TOEFL scores or completed ENG 100 or ESL 100
  • 24 transferable credits*
  • 2.0 GPA (residents), 2.5 GPA (non-residents)**
  • Be in last semester of their Associates degree at any UH CC or have at least 54 credits completed at any UH CC by the end of the semester
  • 2.0 GPA (residents), 2.5 GPA (non-residents)**
  • No previously earned Bachelor's degree
  • Not on probation, suspension, dismissal at target campus (UH Mānoa, UHWO, or UH Hilo)

**These are minimum admissions GPA requirements. Some programs may require higher GPAs or additional coursework. Always check program requirements.

  • Transfer Credit Evaluation done at time of application

Automatic Admission

  • Only for UH Community College students
  • Waived $70 application fee
  • Waived $200 tuition deposit
  • Later registration with new students
  • No application necessary, but by invite only in final semester of Associates
  • Transfer Credit Evaluation done at time of offer acceptance
