The Jean Charlot Collection is located on the 5th floor, University of Hawaiʻi at Mānoa, Hamilton Library; check the library calendar for reading room hours. Access to the Archive of Hawaii Artists & Architects Collections, class visits, additional reference hours and tours are Monday through Friday, by appointment.

The book collections can be searched in the library’s OneSearch system (narrow results by Location= Special Charlot). The library has adopted ArchivesSpace to manage archival collections. The Jean Charlot Collection continues to expand collection level descriptions for Charlot as well as other Hawaiʻi artists and architects, searchable by name (for best results, select the item with the red Collection marker and click the print button on the top right to create a pdf finding aid).
