The Spring 2025 end of the year gathering for graduate students of Japanese studies, CJS faculty, language instructors, and affiliate members facilitated sharing and conversation about our work. Newer and experienced scholars of Japanese studies could explore the potential for collaboration across diverse disciplines.  Several participants also enjoyed a special cultural programming opportunity with a visit to the Jaku’an tea house for tea and to learn more about the UHM Sen Way of Tea Center.
