Guests check-in at the Frear Hall front desk between 2:00 p.m. and 9:00 p.m. on the scheduled date of arrival. Checking-in prior to 2:00 p.m. will result in a $25.00 early check-in fee. Guests arriving after 9:00 p.m. can contact the on-call staff member at 808-620-1014 upon arrival. Please be ready with a photo ID.
If you are a group coordinator, you can check in your group and pick up the keys and meal cards to distribute yourself, or you can have each member check in individually. To ensure a smooth check in, please let your office contact know which option you prefer.
Guests must check out at Frear Hall front desk prior to 12:00 p.m. on the scheduled date of departure. Check out after 12:00 p.m. will result in a $25.00 late check out fee. Guests needing to check out prior to front desk hours can fill out an Express Check Out form, located in the Frear Hall lobby. There is no penalty for checking out early.
If you are a group coordinator, you can check out your entire group or have each member check out individually. To ensure a smooth check out, please let your office contact know which option you prefer. Only keys need to be returned; meal cards can be kept.
Please leave all linen on your bed for our staff to remove at a later time.
Guests residing in Conference Housing for seven consecutive days are eligible for linen exchange. Guests will be assigned either Tuesday or Thursday to exchange linen during Frear Hall front desk hours. To receive new linen, please bring the following items to the Frear Hall front desk: two sheets, one towel, one washcloth, and one pillowcase.
During the Academic Year, group coordinators will be notified via email if any of their group members receive mail. During the summer, a mail slip will be placed on the guest’s door. Mail can be picked up with a photo ID (and mail slip during the summer) at the front desk. Outgoing mail may also be dropped off at the front desk. Your address is:
