The University of Hawai'i at Mānoa (UH Mānoa) Office of Fleet Services has acquired an electric vehicle (EV) from Hawaiian Electric Industries (HEI) as part of its Acts of Aloha campaign. Authorized users may rent the EV for free by the hour or day on a first-come-first-served basis.

Contact Fleet Services at (808) 956-8875 or auxtrans@hawaii.edu to request an authorized renter form, which must be completed and submitted by your department’s fiscal officer. Once approved as an authorized renter, you will be provided with an online account to the Fleet Services reservation site.

The UH Office of Sustainability encourages alternative modes of transportation and is interested in hearing about your experience with the EV. A brief survey from The Office of Sustainability will be sent to you when you return the EV to Fleet Services. For more information, please visit http://www.hawaii.edu/sustainability/.
