University of Hawai‘i at Mānoa Fleet Services is responsible for the rental, purchase/lease, preventative maintenance, and repair of University-owned vehicles. UHM Fleet Services is a self-sustaining department, and our rental vehicles are set at competitive rates that also balance the cost of operations. Effective July 1, 2026, Fleet Services’ rates for short-term rentals will increase to ensure that appropriate expenditures are met for all vehicle types, and to reflect changes in fleet composition, usage and maintenance costs. You may review the new Fiscal Year 2027 Short Term rental rates below. As we move forward, Fleet Services will continue to provide superior customer service to the university community.
