Starting from no records, but a fairly organized farm and packing house, you could be ready for a third party audit in as little as 2 weeks – if you choose to move quickly. You can prepare for the audit by checking out resources on this website, attending an educational workshop in your community, or checking with a food safety education team member for ways to get started.
