Campus leaders in civic engagement invite instructional faculty and staff to discuss strategies and possibilities to consider when planning civic engagement opportunities for their students in fall and onward. The panelists will provide concrete resources and real-life examples on how UH Mānoa faculty organize civic engagement activities and design assignments/assessment.
In this highly interactive discussion session, participants share:
• challenges of organizing civic engagement activities during a pandemic
• possibilities and adaptation strategies
