My areas of interest encompass a diverse range of topics, including Medical Humanities, 20th and 21st Century Latin American Literature and Culture with a special emphasis on LGBTQ narratives and contemporary visual cultures. Since fall of 2011, I have taught a wide variety of undergraduate courses at five different universities located in the states of Washington, Pennsylvania, Minnesota, and now in the beautiful ʻāina of Hawai‘i.
