PAT-ABE Representation at Phi Alpha Theta Biennial Convention

Congratulations to History Ph.D. student Aldinette M. Lockett for her participation in the recent Phi Alpha Theta National Biennial Convention, January 2-5 in Washington, D.C..

Representing UHM’s Alpha Beta Epsilon chapter, Ms. Lockett presented “A Different Lens: Interrogating Hawaiian, Polynesian, and European Maritime Interactions from 1780 to 1880 through the Lens of Material Culture as Primary Evidence.” More photos of Panel 19 can be viewed at the link here.
